We were delighted to be approached by Princess Yachts, the global luxury yacht manufacturer, to help integrate its new brand concept, ‘Experience the Exceptional’, into its digital marketing strategy. Princess is highly regarded in the motor yacht industry, so we wanted to heighten its digital presence to further secure its position as an industry authority.
We got straight to work on creating a fully-responsive, multi-lingual, intelligence gathering website to cater for every visitor type.
Using Umbraco – a fully content-managed system which now gives the client full control over their content – we integrated ‘distributor’ mini sites into the system to showcase Princess Yachts’ many distributors. Our client’s diverse range of current and potential customers were at the forefront of every decision and finer detail to create a user journey personalised to the requirements of each and every visitor to the website.
Social media integration also allowed Princess Yachts to utilise platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram more efficiently, and to increase engagement and conversation. Google maps and IP detection functionality allowed us to deliver a more ‘relative’ experience to each visitor. This also helped us cater to the brand’s ever-growing international client base, while the multi-lingual site meant the team could manage content across a host of different languages.
